Assistant Principal Message:

I am so proud of our SUPER students here at Pioneer Ridge! As your assistant principal I work with students and staff in many ways, including assessment, discipline, attendance, and professional learning. I am passionate about helping students become healthy, kind, independent humans who can follow their dreams and fulfill their own passions. By working together as a Pioneer Ridge community, we can plant those seeds and watch them grow.

This is my fourth year at PRE, my 17th year in the district, and my 30th year in education. I taught pre-kindergarten, 1st grade, 4th grade, and 5th grade. I give back to our community by serving as a library trustee for our Glenn A. Jones, M.D. Memorial Library. I serve on our state literacy council where we strive to bring quality professional development to teachers across the state and country.

For fun, I like to paddle board, camp, and read. I have two daughters who are Roosevelt graduates and are each continuing their education through CU Denver and UNC.

I look forward to the year and the relationships we continue to build.
